Public consultation on Eastleigh polling districts and places

No photo description available.

Eastleigh Borough Council is carrying out a review of its polling districts and polling places – and residents are being asked for their views as part of the consultation.

The Council is required to complete a full review of all polling districts and polling places every five years. The aim of the review is to ensure that electors in the Eastleigh constituency have reasonable facilities that are accessible to all electors, including disabled people.

The Council would like residents’ comments on the polling station they used the last time they voted in person at an election and are asking: Were you happy with it? Can you suggest something better?

The 2019 review will run until midday on Friday 6 September 2019.

Borough electors can comment by either emailing elections@eastleigh.gov.uk or writing to the Electoral Registration Office, Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh SO50 9YN.
